Ground gas membranes are an important component in many properties and help to protect buildings from gasses ranging from radon to volatile organic compounds (VOCs). We provide a quality assurance process which is known in the industry as verification. Verification helps to ensure that the installed membrane will provide the protection it is designed to deliver. This protects against poor workmanship or install and, to some extent, damage by follow on trades. Without suitable verification ground gas membranes are not considered to provide the level of protection they are sometimes designed to offer.

The service we offer includes early engagement with the design team to provide a verification plan and ensure that the system may be suitably verified.

We then attend site in sequence with construction to ensure that no ground gas system is covered prior to verification.
